Google shows error when downloading sitemap after initial success.

I have changed the path like you want and i have created a new sitemap.

sitemapnew.xml looks fine, did you delete sitemap entry in webmaster tools and resubmit it with sitemapnew.xml filename? What exactly is the error message you get now, when clicking on sitemap entry?

I have done everything for so many days now. Its getting so bad. I cannot believe one day it works then the next 3 weeks not working. All i ever get are errors. Can you login my server and please look at the files? I have no recourse what to do.

I contacted my host and they say everything is fine on their end its the software. They claim your product has a bug in it.

Google says there are errors.

I did what you said 25 times.

I erased all site maps. I created a new sitemapnew.xml like you said. Chaged permission to 666 like you said.

reuploaded the sitemap and here is what i get..  A BIG FAT X.

Can we try something different? Rather then repetition please? I have done your method 25 times and nothing works..

can you log on my server and see what the hell is going on?

Still waiting.. many days and all sites are non index via sitemap.. this is such a terrible way thing for us here. Sitemap generator does not work.

How can i try the old version since this version is currupted

Can anyone else help at all? Anyone who has had those big fat X's in red from google. I am desperate to get this resolved and will pay for help. It seems nothing can be done about this software and no one can help. I have 18 sites all down now cause sitemaps dont work

its hard to work like this from not getting answers for 48 hours.

The sitemap still not working as per usual. I have google and my host - 10 or so techs looking into it.

I gave youa ccess 2 days ago and you never came to check.

What else is your customers to do
