Sitemap Generator Error Message

I am getting a similar error while using the online sitemap generator however mine reads:

"There was an error while accessing the URL specified: http://www.....
Please make sure to specify the correct website URL and resubmit your request"

I've tried it several times with no luck however I was able to create a sitemap for another site hosted on the same server.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

i also got an error when creating my last sitemap, but i thnk it was a server load issue on the XML-SITEMAP site...cause it worked after.
